Baby steps...

Goal #1 - NO sugar or junk food
Days since I last had sugar: 14
Days since I last had junk food: 7

Goal #2 - SAVE MONEY!
$ for trip to East Coast: 0
$ for for a fancy camera: $100

Goal #3 - Exercise!
Hours of exercise this week: 3


Very small improvements so far, but I am already feeling better! I went for a walk in the sunshine with a good friend yesterday, and have plans to try rock-climbing on Monday! I am very excited! She thinks it will be ok to do even with some back trouble, but will not make it worse...better infact, as it will get my core stronger.
In other news, I have "stepped out of my comfort zone" and went to a girls night of people that I don't know very well. I was most than a little nervous, and almost chickened out, but I went and had a wonderful time. There is another evening planned on Tuesday, and I am looking forward to it greatly!

I am heading out to the beach shortly, it is the hottest day we have had so far today, a perfect day to celebrate a good friend's birthday!!

In the future, I will be posting weekly on Fridays, so I can track my progress more easily :) Thank you all for your support!!
